Her secret? Treating clients like family and friends, communicating throughout the home buying or selling process everything they need to know in order to make informed decisions. Awarded RE/MAX of Michigan’s Broker of the Year in 2013, 2014 and 2015, named to Real Trends Up and Comer Broker list for 2017, GRAR Broker Owner of the Year 2018 and RE/MAX Hall of Fame, Tracie’s knowledge of and passion for the West Michigan real estate scene is evident.

Along with her husband Tom, she opened her own brokerage, RE/MAX United in 2012 and expanded to a second location in 2015. She prides herself on providing the highest level of service and communication in the marketplace and equips partnering agents with the tools to do the same. Even with all her experience and success, Tracie still gets excited about helping people find the home of their dreams and loves simplifying the selling process for her clients. She always aims to make the experience as fun as possible.

When she’s not working, Tracie enjoys gardening and raising chickens.  She’s passionate about giving back through monthly RE/MAX United volunteer projects and is also very involved in the Rockford Chamber of Commerce and North Kent Connect.
